Today we wandered the quaint town of Colonia Suiza. It's a town tucked into Cerro Lopez, a 3000m high mountain and famous for cooking 'Cuantro' a meal cooked under ground layered with green leaves and dirt and left to cook for hours giving a distinct delicious smoky flavour. Today was also Dià Del Niño (Children's Day) Arlo got a prune. 😝👶🏼
